Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a Workshop Administrator to support daily workshop administration, maintain job cards and records, and monitor vehicle progress from reception to delivery. The role requires 2–3 years in workshop operations, strong communication, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

You will collaborate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and proven reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field.
• 2–3 years in workshop administration or automotive service ops.
• Experience with SAP or similar workshop software.
• Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle servicing.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative operations of the automotive workshop.
• Maintain accurate job cards and digital records.
• Update workshop management systems such as SAP.
• Monitor vehicle progress from reception to delivery.
• Prepare daily and KPI reports.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams.
