Job summary

The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence across ten Dubai retail stores, overseeing daily optimization and spearheading new store openings from launch to trading readiness.

Responsibilities include KPI management, SOP adherence, team coaching, inventory coordination, and successful pre-opening execution with IT/POS integration and visual standards. UAE-resident with a driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• 610 years of total retail operations experience
• 34 years managing multiple store locations (5+ stores) within the UAE/Dubai market
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Availability: based in Dubai with a UAE driving license

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and elevate KPIs across all 10 stores.
• Ensure SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines, customer service benchmarks, and health & safety regulations.
• Lead Store Managers and develop second-line retail leadership.
• Manage pre-opening readiness, stock deployment, IT/POS integration, and launch execution.
