Qualifications

• 610 years of total retail operations experience, with at least 34 years managing multiple store locations (5+ stores) simultaneously within the UAE/Dubai market.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, sales performance, and SOP compliance across 10 Dubai stores.
• Lead end-to-end new store openings: pre-opening readiness, setup, IT/POS integration, and launch execution.
• Coach Store Managers, conduct performance reviews, and develop second-line retail leadership.
• Coordinate with warehousing and procurement to optimize stock, minimize waste, and maintain inventory levels.
