Job summary

You will manage communications, complaints, and corrective actions to uphold compliant licensing services and support training activity expansion.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in transportation or licensing, with PMP/PRINCE2 and ITIL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPA preferred.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 and ITIL Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of future studies for expansion and development of licensing activities.
• Draft legislation regulating licensing activities to align with regulations.
• Draft unified training contracts and institute service fees.
• Coordinate marketing approvals ensuring compliance with policies.
• Prepare recommendations on opening or suspending licenses.
• Draft agreements with institutes, training centers and medical exam providers.
• Review secret shopper reports and surveys to address weaknesses.
• Follow up implementation of agreements for licenses and permits.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Transport Management, or Traffic Engineering

PMP certification

PRINCE2 certification
