Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks an experienced Monitoring Specialist to lead smart control operations, oversee data validation, and coordinate with authorities to ensure compliance of e-Hail, taxis, and luxury transport services.

You will supervise teams, review violations, and contribute to guidelines; the role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s and 8+ years (13+ for Diploma) of related experience, with office-based work at the Smart Monitoring Centre and periodic field visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 13+ years with a Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Analyze gaps in e-Hail companies and recommend preventive measures to reduce violations.
• Review written violations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide data to authorities managing e-Hail companies and luxury transport entities to assess compliance.
• Monitor hourly rental vehicles, e-Hail companies, taxis, luxury vehicles, and public bus routes to support compliance and violations.
• Prepare monthly shift schedules for supervisors and operators and follow up on their implementation.
• Conduct field visits as directed by the section manager and handle complaints with authorities.
