Establish governance mechanisms for approvals, technical standards, financial management, and change across the project lifecycle.
Lead governance policy reviews and develop technical guidelines for planning, implementation, and handover.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance, governance findings, and lessons learned.
Benchmark governance, commercial management, and quality assurance against leading infrastructure organisations.
Oversee project dashboards, reporting of progress, financials, risks, and governance status.
