Responsibilities

Draft and revise laws governing vehicle licensing, reflecting emerging technologies.
Synchronise RTA policies with federal UAE transport regulations and international best practices.
Lead cross‑agency collaborations with judicial, traffic, and security authorities to streamline licensing workflows.
Monitor vehicle data within the traffic system to identify gaps and enforce data‑quality standards.
Lead audit‑point closures, coordinating corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
Design and deliver stakeholder workshops that embed best‑practice procedures across licensing agents.
