Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Govern safety activities for licensing and monitoring per railway legislation.
• Develop and implement processes for safety certification and regulation.
• Conduct inspections and take action against violators under railway laws.
• Evaluate licenses of rail operators and oversee incident investigations.
• Issue and review safety certificates for third parties and consultants.
