Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Document Controller to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.

You will ensure proper classification, filing, storage, and version control using the organization's DMS, while supporting timelines and audits and coordinating with internal departments to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in document control within construction or engineering.
• Proficiency in document management systems and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Ensure documents are accurately classified, filed, and stored using the DMS.
• Monitor and update document workflows to support timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal departments for submissions, tracking, and version control.
• Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards, including formatting and versioning.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary document records when required.
• Participate in improving document control procedures and systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
