Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Document Controller to join our Abu Dhabi team, responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation with accuracy and adherence to standards.

You will classify, file, and track documents in the DMS, coordinate with departments to ensure submissions and version control, and support audits while upholding confidentiality and quality. Proficiency in Aconex is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control for projects in engineering or construction.
• Proficiency with Aconex is mandatory.
• Ability to organize, classify and track project documents to ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing project documentation in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure documents are accurately classified, filed, and stored using the organization’s DMS.
• Assist in monitoring and updating document workflows to support project timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper document submissions, tracking, and version control.
• Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards, including formatting and versioning.
• Support audit processes by preparing and providing necessary document records when required.
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of document control procedures and systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
