Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop balanced feed formulations for poultry, cattle, swine, and aquaculture with emphasis on whole soybean meal.
• Evaluate nutritional composition, protein quality, amino acid profile, and digestibility of feed ingredients.
• Stay updated on poultry production systems, animal health programs, biosecurity, and regulations affecting livestock production.
• Apply soybean processing knowledge: vacuum deactivation, solvent-extracted soybean meal, expeller soybean meal, and soy flour products.
• Provide nutritional recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and product development to deliver nutrition solutions.
• Participate in customer visits, technical presentations, product demos, and training sessions.
• Monitor industry trends and research to improve feed performance and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in evaluating field performance and propose practical optimization recommendations.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to support BD and customer service.

• Evaluate the nutritional composition, protein quality, amino acid profile, and digestibility of feed ingredients to support effective diet formulation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of poultry production systems, animal health programs, biosecurity practices, and industry regulations affecting livestock production.
• Apply technical expertise in soybean processing methods, including vacuum deactivation, solvent extracted soybean meal, expeller soybean meal, and different soy flour products.
• Provide technical support and nutritional recommendations to customers and internal teams on feed programs, product applications, and feeding practices.
• Work closely with sales, technical, and product development teams to deliver nutrition solutions that improve animal performance and meet customer requirements.
• Participate in customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions related to animal nutrition and feed management.
• Monitor industry trends, research developments, and new technologies to recommend improvements in feed performance and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in evaluating field performance, analyzing production results, and providing practical recommendations to optimize feeding programs.
• Prepare technical reports, formulation recommendations, and product documentation to support business development and customer service activities.

Job Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Zootechnics, Animal Science, or another related field.
• Additional certification or specialization in Animal Nutrition, Poultry Nutrition, or Livestock Nutrition will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, animal nutrition, feed formulation, or a similar role within the agricultural or agro-industrial sector.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support customer visits, technical services, and business development activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop long-term partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills related to feed formulation, ingredient evaluation, and animal nutrition.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple customer projects and technical assignments effectively.
