Qualifications

Nationality open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
A valid legal license is mandatory.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Experience in dispute resolution, legal affairs, or litigation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to minimize legal actions and resolve disputes efficiently.
Manage cases involving non-responsive or defaulting customers, including late payments and dishonored cheques.
Coordinate with the Collection Team to mediate conflicts and manage customer suspensions.
Submit and follow up on cases with the Rental Dispute Center and the Legal Affairs Department.
Liaise with legal offices regarding arbitration and litigation matters.
Oversee team operations and ensure accurate record-keeping and management reporting.
