• Collaborate with the Collection Team to mediate conflicts and manage suspensions.
• Submit and follow up on cases with Rental Dispute Center and Legal Affairs.
• Liaise with Legal Office during arbitration, litigation, or escalations.
• Coordinate actions following court orders, such as unlocking premises or asset disposal.
• Manage the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure reporting.
