Dubai Careers - A Smart Dubai Initiative / DIEZA in Dubai is seeking a UAE National for the full-time role of Assistant Manager - Dispute Management. The position focuses on legal dispute handling, litigation support, and resolution strategies within the UAE framework.

The ideal candidate holds a Law degree with a valid license and strong experience in dispute resolution, litigation, and UAE law, plus fluent Arabic and English communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

UAE Nationals only.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Valid legal license is mandatory.
Experience in dispute resolution, legal affairs, or litigation.
Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and dispute resolution procedures.
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Implement strategies to handle disputes efficiently and minimize legal actions.
Identify and manage non-responsive or defaulting customers including late payments.
Develop and execute action plans such as payment plans or legal proceedings.
Collaborate with the Collection Team to mediate conflicts and manage suspensions.
Submit and follow up on cases with Rental Dispute Center and Legal Affairs.
Liaise with Legal Office during arbitration, litigation, or escalations.
Coordinate actions following court orders, such as unlocking premises or asset disposal.
Manage the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure reporting.
