Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in Total Rewards and Organization Development
• Experience leading AI-driven OD/Compensation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards and OD strategy aligned with Azizi's growth roadmap
• Direct design reviews for organizational structure changes including mergers and acquisitions
• Oversee compensation governance, annual reviews, LTIPs, and benefits programs
• Drive AI transformation across OD and Total Rewards using LLMs and automation
• Ensure regulatory compliance for compensation and benefits in UAE
