In this senior role you will oversee performance management and culture initiatives, influence leadership behaviours, and contribute to long-term workforce planning in a fast-scaling UAE organisation.

Qualificações

• Senior experience in talent management or organisational development.
• Experience in leadership development and transformation environments.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets preferred.
• Demonstrated credibility with senior leaders and strong design-thinking capability.
