Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Director of Total Rewards in Dubai to lead global compensation, benefits and incentive programs. You will serve as a senior advisor to business leaders, ensuring total rewards aligns with people and business strategy.

Own the design and governance of compensation benchmarks, oversee annual pay reviews and equity models, and build a scalable rewards function across regions with a data-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Consulting.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits design and/or HR Analytics.
• Strong collaboration and data-driven influence.
• Analytical with Excel/Google Sheets; Tableau/Power BI a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Talabat's Total Rewards strategy in line with business goals and talent priorities.
• Advisory: Advise People leadership on compensation frameworks and market positioning.
• Design: Lead compensation and incentive design, benchmarking, and governance.
