Job summary

Talabat Holding is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to shape compensation, benefits, and incentive programs across the organization. This executive will partner with senior leaders to ensure rewards strategy supports business goals and talent priorities.

The role requires deep expertise in compensation, benefits, analytics, and governance, with strong leadership of a rewards team and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Consulting.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits design and/or HR Analytics.
• Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI.
• Independent, data driven, self-starter with leadership and collaboration skills.
• Able to adapt in a changing environment and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Talabat’s Total Rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Advise People leadership on compensation frameworks and governance.
• Lead design and evolution of total rewards programs to stay competitive.
• Oversee base salary structures, incentive plans, and long-term incentives.
• Coordinate annual rewards cycles, salary reviews, and payouts.
• Conduct benchmarking, cost simulations, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Define scalable benefits offerings and oversee rewards systems and tools.
