Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, IT or closely related discipline.
• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or Technology Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's AI strategy, transformation roadmap, and implementation priorities.
• Establish an AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) to promote best practices, standardization, knowledge sharing, and responsible AI adoption.
• Advise senior management on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, investment opportunities, and potential business impact.
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-powered solutions across enterprise applications.
• Oversee AI assistants, enterprise chatbots, document intelligence, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Drive AI-enabled reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for portfolio and project outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI team and promote cross-functional collaboration across IT, data, and business teams.
