Aldar Education is seeking a Group Head - Rewards to lead Total Rewards, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning. The role shapes salary structures, incentives, and governance across Abu Dhabi's leading schools and beyond.

You will benchmark, review compensation, manage benefits, and drive data-informed decisions while partnering with senior leadership and external providers to align with UAE market practices and strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Senior HR leadership experience with 1,000+ employees and direct team leadership.
• 5+ years’ experience in reward, or 7+ years’ generalist HR experience with reward focus.
• Experience leading company-wide compensation and benefits reviews and workforce planning.
• Formal training in job evaluation, compensation benchmarking; UAE/ME experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead Group reward, performance, workforce planning and organisation design strategies.
• Oversee Total Reward: salary structures, benefits, allowances, recognition and incentives.
• Lead executive remuneration and short- and long-term incentive design for leadership.
• Own job evaluation, grading and job architecture frameworks for consistency.
• Lead the Group performance management framework with calibration and governance.
• Lead strategic workforce planning translating business plans into workforce needs.
• Drive workforce productivity and cost efficiency through analytics and modelling.
• Oversee benefits including medical and life insurance programmes and policy reviews.
