LeadingEdge HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales & Account Manager for the UAE oil and gas sector, focusing on Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and Drilling Fluids (DF). The role involves nurturing key clients, driving new business, and leading product launches across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil & Gas, a proven UAE account-management track record, strong negotiation and CRM skills, and the right to work in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil & Gas DWM/DF sector.
• Proven UAE account management with operators, drilling contractors & service companies.
• Strong commercial skills in negotiation, contracts, forecasting, and CRM.
• Ability to design solutions and deliver technical proposals and presentations.
• UAE residency with valid right to work.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Country Manager and drive sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and performance objectives.
• Identify high-potential opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector to maximise market share and profitability.
• Grow the DWM/DF portfolio with existing and new clients across the UAE.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure.
• Build lasting client relationships to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.
• Serve as primary contact; resolve enquiries and provide commercial support.
• Propose and deliver tailored DWM/DF technical and operational solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution and launches across the UAE.
• Monitor sales targets and provide forecasts and monthly updates to Country Manager.
• Identify and convert new clients to expand UAE market presence.
