Job summary

Workday is seeking a highly experienced Solution Consulting Director for the MENA region to lead operations, drive revenue, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Value Management to enable a high‑performing team and ensure effective deal leadership across the region.

You will guide resource planning, develop best practices, and foster a collaborative One Team culture with local and EMEA partners.

Qualifications

• 10 years in Solution Consulting.
• 5 years of Solution Consulting / sales management experience.
• Leadership drive for results and can‑do attitude.
• Experience in people management, performance management, sales and Solution Consulting processes.
• Experience within ERP Financials or HCM related.
• Demonstrable results in leading teams within team‑based sales environments.
• High level of accountability in a high‑growth environment.
• Proven as an innovative thinker, self‑starter, fast‑learner and agent of change.

Responsibilities

• Vision and goal setting: Set the organization vision and goals for the Solution Consulting team ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, Value Management and other key functions.
• Planning: Contribute to GTM plan and develop a Solution Consulting plan aligned with budget and productivity objectives.
• Deal support: Develop organization focused on Solution Consulting best practices around business value‑based selling and innovation; customer understanding; demonstrate capabilities; themes, messaging, and storytelling; lead deals and manage resources.
• Profitable revenue growth: Drive proactive management of resources and costs to maximize quality of support and win rate while minimizing investment in opportunities.
• People Management: Develop trust and motivation of the team; ensure fair treatment; provide regular feedback; retain and develop talent; address under‑performance.
• Solution and industry excellence: Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing; develop industry expertise.
• Demand Management: Ensure active participation in DM planning to increase pipeline quality.
