Job summary

SAP in Dubai seeks a seasoned sales leader to build and lead a high‑performing team selling SAP solutions. You will drive a winning market strategy, coordinate with executives, and monetize long‑cycle deals through consultative, value‑driven selling.

You will manage complex engagements, maintain strong forecasts, and collaborate with partners to ensure sustainable revenue growth across the MENA region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions.
• Proven track record in business application software sales.
• Experience leading/managing in a team selling environment.
• Demonstrated success with complex, long‑cycle sales campaigns in a fast‑paced, consultative and competitive market.
• Demonstrated knowledge on consultative selling methodologies.
• Fluent business English and local language (Dubai market).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a world-class sales team, establish strong sales processes and pipeline development.
• Drive a vision and winning strategy to generate new revenue and achieve short/long term goals.
• Develop in-depth understanding of SAP processes, sales tools, and enterprise market trends.
• Excel in end-to-end sales execution, maintain accurate revenue forecasting.
• Build executive relationships with partners and customers to grow business with integrated SAP solutions.
• Coach and develop the sales team, ensuring alignment with campaigns and resource availability.
• Leverage internal teams and virtual account resources to drive results.
• Motivate the team and remove barriers to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
