Qualifications

• Graduate or higher degree in business or related field.
• 10–15 years of business‑development experience in professional services or solution‑selling environments.
• Experience in multi-country environments is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted long‑term relationships with clients, particularly at the C‑level; advise and propose solutions with measurable value.
• Drive revenue, sales, and pipeline growth through account planning and strategic market initiatives; lead complex pursuits and proposals.
• Collaborate with service line leaders to develop growth strategies, campaigns, and pursuit coverage; provide market insights.
• Implement account-management frameworks; monitor pipeline and revenue trends; participate in revenue planning.
• Coach and mentor junior BD staff to build high-performing teams.
