Job summary

Client of Alert HR Solutions in UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager for onshore oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver within budget, schedule, scope and quality while ensuring HSE compliance.

The candidate will manage client relations with ADNOC, oversee contracts, changes, and reporting, and direct engineering through commissioning managers. UAE/GCC onshore experience and PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (attested)
• Minimum 15 years oil & gas experience, including 5 years as onshore EPC Project Manager
• Experience delivering large-scale EPC projects in UAE/GCC
• PMP certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage the project budget cash flow risks and progress reporting

Who you are

You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in onshore oil and gas EPC projects, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects within budget, schedule, scope, and quality requirements while managing clients and key stakeholders. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Experience in project scope, budget, schedule and risk management. Strong knowledge of EPC activities and project execution. Ability to manage clients, contractors and subcontractors. Good understanding of HSE and quality standards. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (attested). Minimum 15 years of oil and gas experience, including 5 years as an onshore EPC Project Manager. Large-scale oil and gas EPC project experience required. UAE/GCC onshore experience preferred. Previous ADNOC project experience and PMP certification are advantages. Knowledge of MS Office and Primavera P6. Good written and spoken English. Must be eligible for CICPA/Security Pass. Attested degree, certificates, experience letters and passport copy required for ADNOC approval.
