Job summary
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director Player Development to join the resort's International Marketing team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving VIP revenue, cultivating high-value relationships, and leading the executive host teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years in gaming marketing with international VIP exposure, a business-related degree, and strong analytical capabilities to optimize player lifetime value.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years experience in gaming marketing, player development, or business development.
- Leadership experience managing host teams preferred.
- Experience working with international VIP markets preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth from the WAMI region through strategic player development initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate new high-value guest relationships.
- Develop and implement market-specific acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor and grow gaming revenue through targeted VIP programs and events.
- Analyze player performance, trip value, and reinvestment levels to maximize profitability.
- Work closely with Marketing and Gaming teams to align promotional strategies.
