Job summary
Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Vice President to lead the VIP Services function within Gaming Marketing Services, shaping guest experiences at the UAE resort. You will drive strategy and oversee execution to deliver premier services for VIP guests.
As a senior leader, you will direct the Coordinators and Telemarketing teams, coordinate with Resort Operations, and ensure discreet, luxury service for top patrons while maintaining UAE regulatory standards and data privacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in VIP Services or luxury hospitality leadership.
- Experience in gaming marketing or resort operations.
- English fluency; Arabic/Chinese/Russian desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the VIP Services strategy in line with marketing and guest engagement goals.
- Lead Coordinators and Telemarketing teams to deliver high‑quality service.
- Act as executive liaison between Gaming Marketing, Gaming and Resort Operations.
- Oversee VIP guest journey from reservation to departure with discreet, luxury service.
- Ensure compliance with UAE AML/CTF, data privacy, and responsible gaming standards.
- Manage budgets and evaluate ROI on marketing and guest acquisition.
