Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Vice President to join the resort’s International Marketing team in the UAE. You will lead revenue-focused marketing across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and the Middle East, building partnerships and driving we ll-defined KPIs for gaming revenue and trip volumes.

The role requires 10+ years in international gaming or luxury hospitality marketing with at least 5 years in senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Management (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years in international gaming or luxury hospitality marketing.
• 5+ years in a senior commercial or revenue-focused leadership role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, or Korean) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies to expand international market share across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
• Establish financial and performance KPIs tied to gaming revenue, trip volume, and profitability.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and channels to increase international visitation and spend.
• Lead negotiations with VIP clients, agents, and luxury networks to secure profitable business.
• Oversee brand activations, events, and collaborations to enhance visibility among elite clientele.
• Manage international marketing teams and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
