Job summary

Kempinski seeks a Director of Training & Quality in Dubai to lead the training strategy across hotel operations. You will drive the development and implementation of training BITES, oversee quality programs, and collaborate with General Manager and EXCOM to align with brand standards.

You will coach managers, ensure content reflects Kempinski policies, and organize KPI tracking to improve guest service and hotel profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in tourism/hotel management or education.
• Minimum 1 year in a luxury-brand setting.
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a training network across departments and operations.
• Analyse training needs and training effectiveness.
• Develop and implement Kempinski Training BITES and library across hotels.
• Plan, design and deliver training programs; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coach and train managers and Departmental Trainers to improve performance.
• Prepare the yearly Training Department plan and budget with ExCom input.
