FallenAmbers is seeking a Director of Talent to lead organization-wide talent management and development initiatives in Dubai. You will drive training programs, implement performance evaluations, and design succession policies to support internal mobility.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Director of Talent or similar role.
• Familiar with performance management and related software.
• Experience delivering employee training programs.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HR tools including ATS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Education in HR or related field; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee training programs, both outsourced and in-house.
• Plan and conduct regular employee performance evaluations.
• Conduct skills gap analyses and report findings.
• Monitor turnover rates and develop retention initiatives.
• Design succession planning policies and career paths.
• Create org charts and define role responsibilities.
• Onboard new hires and coach staff on development activities.
