Job summary

Responsibilities include designing succession frameworks, leading L&D programs, and delivering insights to executives on talent trends and gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field required.
• 10+ years HR experience with strong exposure to talent management or organizational development.
• Proven experience in succession planning, performance management, and learning frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and advisory capabilities.
• Familiarity with HR systems and talent management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic talent management approach covering workforce planning, capability development, and employee retention.
• Design and maintain structured succession frameworks to ensure readiness for critical and leadership roles across the organization.
• Lead learning and development strategies, including skills assessment, training planning, and evaluation of development outcomes.
• Oversee performance management processes, ensuring consistent execution, alignment with organizational objectives, and continuous improvement.
• Drive career development and internal mobility frameworks to support employee growth and organizational flexibility.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on talent trends, capability gaps, and workforce development priorities.
