Job summary

Auxo Talent is recruiting for an Emiratization & Workforce Development Manager to join a leading multinational organisation in Dubai. The role focuses on Emiratization initiatives, local talent development, learning and development, and broader workforce development programmes.

You will manage Emiratization initiatives, coordinate learning plans and support employee engagement, wellbeing and performance management across a diverse, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Emiratization, Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication skills.
• Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience; 1–2 years considered.
• Experience in banking, financial services or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Emiratization and local talent development initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate learning, training and career development plans.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing and performance management activities.
• Coordinate with NAFIS, EIF and other development programmes.
• Support graduate programmes, internships and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain HR reports, workforce development records and regulatory requirements.
