Job summary

Yello is seeking a senior HR professional to lead our talent management, performance and development initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building leadership pipelines, deploying frameworks, and delivering workforce analytics to drive long-term performance.

The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to implement governance, manage change, and ensure sustained adoption of talent programmes across the UAE public sector context, including Emiratisation considerations.

Qualifications

• Arabic language fluency is required.
• 6+ years HR experience with 3-5+ years in Talent Management, Performance or Learning & Development.
• Strong knowledge of UAE public sector HR frameworks and Emiratisation initiatives.
• Experience using Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the talent management strategy, frameworks and roadmap
• Lead performance management cycles including goal setting, calibration and annual reviews
• Drive talent review and succession planning programmes for critical roles
• Conduct learning needs analysis and oversee learning and development initiatives
• Design and implement career development and internal mobility frameworks
• Develop talent analytics, reporting and workforce insights dashboards
• Partner with stakeholders to drive governance, change management and programme adoption
