Sundus in Dubai seeks a Senior Director – Organizational Development & HR Strategy to lead enterprise-wide HR transformation and strategic people initiatives.

You will shape organizational effectiveness through HR strategy, design, governance, and total rewards, partnering with executive leadership to build a future-ready organization.

Emiratization focus and local talent development are emphasized; Arabic and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related discipline
• SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, or equivalent certification preferred
• 10–15 years of HR experience, including significant senior leadership exposure
• Expertise in organizational development, HR strategy, workforce planning, total rewards, and governance
• Experience in transformation and excellence frameworks within complex organizations
• Strong knowledge of labour regulations and international HR practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and frameworks
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
• Establish HR governance, policies, and frameworks aligned with regulations
• Drive compensation, benefits, job evaluation, and rewards strategies
• Develop HR analytics, dashboards, and insights for strategic decisions
• Lead HR excellence, benchmarking, and continuous improvement
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership on workforce priorities
