Job summary

Fairmont The Palm in Dubai seeks a Director of Revenue Management to lead the Revenue and Reservations Department, setting goals, pricing strategies, and inventory controls to optimize profit. This role partners with Commercial Strategy and Marketing, uses analytics to guide decisions, and ensures data quality while driving performance across rooms, F&B, and other outlets.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue management in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and experience with RMS and PMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Experience with RMS and hotel distribution channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and collaborate with hotel profit teams to drive incremental profit across rooms, F&B, and spa.
• Communicate a Total Hotel Profit Optimization vision to property leaders.
• Leverage RM analytics, processes, tools, and training to optimize profits.
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts and pricing strategies.
• Oversee annual budgeting and long-term projections.
• Chairs Revenue Management meetings and maintain brand guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with local market competitors to stay informed.
