Right Calibre Consulting is recruiting an experienced Head of E-commerce for a leading Dubai-based retail group. The role leads the digital commerce strategy, D2C growth and an omnichannel online experience to drive profitable growth.

The successful candidate will own the e-commerce roadmap, transform customer journeys, and partner with marketing, operations and tech to scale online revenues while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in e-commerce, digital commerce or senior commercial leadership roles.
• Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce experience is essential.
• Proven track record growing online revenue and profitability in retail/consumer environments.
• Ability to own e-commerce KPIs, trading performance, conversion optimization and digital sales growth.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, CRM, digital marketing and merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce and D2C strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Drive online sales, profitability, conversion, average order value, acquisition and CLV.
• Lead the development and scaling of D2C channels and direct customer relationships.
• Optimize end-to-end online shopping experience: website performance, merchandising, discovery, checkout and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive acquisition, retention, repeat purchases and loyalty through data-led initiatives.
• Oversee online merchandising, promotions, pricing, product launches and trading performance.
• Use data, KPIs and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail ops, supply chain, logistics, technology and customer service for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team with clear objectives and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the digital ecosystem and leverage emerging technologies.
