Caliberly is seeking a Head of Trade Marketing & E-commerce in Dubai to develop and implement marketing strategies for both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles and a strong background in e-commerce and retail.

This role involves managing the company's product site on Shopify, coordinating marketing activities, and driving sales growth through effective trade marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing leadership roles.
• Total marketing experience of at least 10 years.
• E-commerce experience within the last 2-3 years.
• Practical experience in retail marketing.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers for joint projects.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs.
• B2 level English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy for online and offline sales.
• Manage and grow the product site on Shopify.
• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive website traffic and increase conversions.
• Coordinate marketing activities across the retail network.
