Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Head of Clinical for the Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai. You will lead Clinical, Education, and cross-functional teams to drive clinical excellence, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder alignment with regional leaders.

You will oversee education programs for orthodontists and general practitioners, while ensuring scientific accuracy of materials, regulatory compliance, and ongoing clinical improvement.

Qualifications

• Dentistry degree required with postgraduate orthodontics or healthcare management preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years of directly related people management experience.
• Experience in clinical education, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Clinical liaisons, education specialists, and related teams.
• Oversee onboarding, performance development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive clinical adoption and alignment with regional strategies.
• Monitor clinical KPIs, drive operational excellence, and report on initiatives.
