You will oversee consultations, deliver advanced non-surgical treatments, ensure governance and compliance, and collaborate with the team to establish and grow the Dubai practice.

Qualifications

• European-qualified physician with training aligned to Amsterdam brand.
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables (Botox and fillers).
• Active DHA license preferred or DHA eligibility for opening timeline.
• Professional conduct with high-profile clientele; discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong startup mindset to build and grow a Dubai clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on natural results.
• Perform botulinum toxin and dermal filler injections within DHA privileges.
• Serve as Medical Director, supporting governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain patient safety, informed consent, documentation, and confidentiality.
• Represent European philosophy and collaborate with the team to launch the Dubai practice.
• Build long-term relationships with discerning clientele.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Aesthetic Physician / Medical Director to join our client's clinic in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key clinical and leadership role and serve as the face of the clinic to a discerning, high-profile clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on natural and refined results
• Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments, particularly botulinum toxin and dermal filler injections, within approved DHA privileges
• Serve as the clinic's Medical Director, supporting clinical governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, informed consent, clinical documentation, confidentiality, and post-treatment care
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with a discerning and high-profile clientele, maintaining complete professionalism and discretion
• Represent the clinic's European philosophy, clinical standards, and premium positioning throughout the patient journey
• Collaborate with the wider clinic team to support the successful launch, development, and growth of the Dubai practice

Qualifications & Requirements

• European-qualified physician, aligned with European brand and clinical standards originating from Amsterdam
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables, particularly botulinum toxin and dermal fillers
• Active DHA license preferred; candidates with completed DataFlow verification or DHA eligibility will also be considered given the clinic's opening timeline
• Comfortable treating high-profile clientele with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Strong startup mindset, with the motivation to help build and grow a new clinic in Dubai while delivering exceptional patient care
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, consultation, and patient-management skills
