Job summary

YOUGotaGift seeks a Director of Loyalty & Embedded Solutions to lead regional growth across the UAE, engaging senior stakeholders and driving scalable partnerships. You will own the strategy for loyalty programs, digital platforms, and marketplaces, delivering commercial wins aligned with our vision.

Job Role

The Director - Loyalty & Embedded Solutions is a regional strategic leadership role responsible for driving new business growth and managing key partnerships across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces, and rewards and recognition ecosystems. The role will lead regional growth, with primary responsibility for UAE, engaging senior‑level stakeholders, identifying emerging opportunities, and delivering scalable commercial wins that align with the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior‑level strategic partnerships across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces, ecosystems
• Own and drive the growth of YGG’s Embedded Solutions business across the region, with primary responsibility for UAE, identifying new commercial opportunities, building strategic partnerships anddriving scalable solutions across loyalty programs, digital platforms, marketplaces and rewards ecosystems
• Set and drive the regional business development strategy, focused on new sales and expanding existing relationships
• Identify and pursue emerging commercial opportunities in gift card marketing and digital incentives
• Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles, including senior stakeholder engagement, negotiations and deal closures
• Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on commercial KPIs
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team aligned to business priorities
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner delivery and integration
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform growth strategies

Experience & Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within loyalty, marketplaces, or rewards ecosystems, with regional experience
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and close complex deals
• Strong commercial acumen with a data‑driven approach to growth and strategy
• Experience leading and developing teams in a cross‑functional environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certification preferred
