DAMAC Group, a diversified real estate, hospitality and data center conglomerate in Dubai, seeks a Director of IT Infrastructure to own network, storage, cloud, and security end-to-end. The role combines hands-on leadership with governance of MSSPs and cloud FinOps.

You will drive uptime, optimize costs, and steer AI-driven automation across infrastructure operations while ensuring high availability and robust security across all domains.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT infrastructure experience
• 5+ years at Director level
• Proven infrastructure resiliency and disaster recovery leadership
• Hands-on FinOps and cloud consumption budgeting
• Strong breadth across networking, storage, cloud and corporate security
• Track record of cost optimization and automation

Job description

DAMAC Group is scaling fast — real estate, hospitality, data centers — and its infrastructure needs to keep pace. The Director — IT Infrastructure owns network, voice, storage, cloud, and corporate security infrastructure end-to-end, with direct MSSP governance and cloud FinOps ownership.

The Role

You will lead infrastructure resiliency, manage MSSPs across networking, cloud, and service desk, and own DevOps cloud consumption budgeting. This is hands‑on infrastructure leadership with direct accountability for uptime, cost, and vendor performance.
