Involved Solutions is partnering with a large multinational group to appoint a Director of IT Infrastructure. This senior leader will own the infrastructure backbone, spanning network, cloud and service desk, guiding internal teams and external partners while managing budgets for the Group.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of IT infrastructure experience with progression into senior leadership.
• Deep expertise across network, cloud and end-user/service desk in large organisations.
• Proven track record of managing third‑party vendors and enforcing SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, performance and delivery of IT infrastructure across network, cloud and service desk for the Group.
• Lead and develop multiple infrastructure leaders across geographies.
• Manage outsourced vendors and hold them to service and commercial standards.
• Own infrastructure budgets with focus on cloud FinOps and cost control.
• Drive reliability, security and scalability of infrastructure environments.
• Partner with senior leaders to align infrastructure with strategic priorities.
• Establish governance, standards and reporting on infrastructure performance and spend.
