Job summary

DAMAC Group, a diversified real estate, hospitality and data center conglomerate in Dubai, seeks a Director of IT Infrastructure to own network, storage, cloud, and security end-to-end. The role combines hands-on leadership with governance of MSSPs and cloud FinOps.

You will drive uptime, optimize costs, and steer AI-driven automation across infrastructure operations while ensuring high availability and robust security across all domains.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT infrastructure experience
• 5+ years at Director level
• Proven infrastructure resiliency and disaster recovery leadership
• Hands-on FinOps and cloud consumption budgeting
• Strong breadth across networking, storage, cloud and corporate security
• Track record of cost optimization and automation

Responsibilities

• Own network, voice, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
• Lead infrastructure resiliency and high availability across all domains
• Manage MSSPs across networking, cloud, and service desk
• OwnDevOps and cloud consumption budgeting — FinOps practices
• Direct corporate security infrastructure — access control, CCTV, time & attendance
• Drive AI-driven automation across infrastructure operations
