Responsibilities

• Minimum 15 years in IT Infrastructure with 10+ years leading large projects.
• Work on private cloud deployment and management across environments.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure Administrators for implementation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with application teams for requirements and integrations.
• Provide L3 on-site support for infrastructure issues.
• Liaise with NOC and AP Support teams for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain infra and maintenance calendar; DR drills experience desirable.
• Expertise in VCF, VxRail, vRealize Suite, VSAN, and NSX; MCSE & RHEL skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage Infrastructure Operations

CERTIFICATIONS:

VMWare MCSE ITIL RHEL & Cloud Certifications

EXPERIENCE:

15 Years in managing Infrastructure operations

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

• The resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
• The resource should have worked in at least three project of private cloud deployment and management.
• Coordinate with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators for Implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Application teams for implementing any application specific requirement.
• Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
• SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
• Provide L3 Support onsite for any issues on IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
• Mandate Technology Skills - VCF VxRail vRealize suite VSAN SRM & NSX
• Expert in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation Administration Management and troubleshooting
• Expert in AD Exchange Mobile Device Management solutions
• Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certified resource
• RHEL/RHCE certified resource
• Expert on Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage
• Should have experience in managing SAP environment.
• Mandate skills of building Infra and maintenance calendar
• Experience in DR Drills
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills to fix operational Issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• BMC Suite administration skills TSSA TSNA and ITOM
• Opensource Container/Kubernetes will be added advantage. (Desirable)
