Job summary

Midi Health seeks a senior leader to design and run a comprehensive People Operations operating system, ensuring scalable processes and strong analytics across the organization.

You will own workforce planning, HR systems, and governance, partnering with Finance and executives to drive growth while maintaining compliance and high engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations or People Operations.
• Proven track record building and scaling operational infrastructure in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for insights and forecasting.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and systems.
• Genuine enthusiasm for and experience with AI and automation in HR workflows.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams.

• Set priorities for HR systems, automation, and AI enablement.
• Act as the business owner for the HRIS and core people systems.
