Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director, Government Solutions for UAE to drive growth across the UAE government sector, building trusted relationships with federal and local entities and translating public sector priorities into scalable commercial opportunities.

You will lead strategy, pipeline, and cross-functional teams, partnering with product, legal and marketing to ensure delivery of complex government engagements while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in government/public sector sales and business development, ideally payments/FS.
• Strong understanding of UAE public sector operations, procurement and decision making.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into compelling propositions and close complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Expand and deepen Visa Government Solutions strategy and pipeline across UAE.
• Build trusted relationships with federal and local government stakeholders.
• Identify and engage issuers, program managers, processors, fintechs and FI partners.
• Develop market strategies and account plans to grow revenue, volume and market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape propositions and roadmaps.
• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs and complex commercial opportunities.
