Job summary

Network International in the UAE seeks an AVP, Processing Business Development & Sales to originate, develop and close profitable opportunities across the UAE Processing and Outsourced Payment Services portfolio.

The role leads the full sales lifecycle from market identification to contracting and handover, with accountability for new-business revenue, pipeline growth and strategic partnerships across financial institutions, banks, fintechs and payment service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Postgraduate business qualification is preferred.
• Experience in payments, fintech or banking technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting through deal closure.
• Develop accounts and segments, and build structured pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Delivery teams to shape solutions.
• Present proposals, business cases and RFP responses to executives.
