Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced enterprise transformation leader to oversee end-to-end programs for major banking clients in the UAE. You will drive contract-to-delivery alignment, mobilization through go-live, and scale initiatives across multiple markets.

You'll own executive governance, stakeholder alignment, program quality, and time-to-value, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and InfoSec to meet or exceed commitments. A deep fintech and payments background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformation in fintech/banking.
• Strong leadership with hands-on mentoring and accountability.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-market projects on time and within scope.
