Job summary

Kong Inc. is seeking an experienced International Deal Desk Director to build, scale, and lead a best-in-class function supporting our international markets (EMEA and APJ). You will shape pricing strategy, deal structures, and governance while aligning with Sales, Finance, Legal and Product to maximize profitability.

You will mentor a high-performing team, drive process efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership in a fast-growing, technology-focused company.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Deal Desk and Revenue Ops.
• Experience supporting EMEA and APJ regions.

• Ability to align with Sales, Finance, Legal and Product.

Responsibilities

• Lead international deal desk team across regions.

• Train and enable sales teams on pricing and processes.
• Ensure governance and compliance of the deal desk.
