Job summary

Salesforce in the UAE is seeking a Deal Strategy and Pricing Manager to lead deal structuring and pricing across sales verticals, leveraging data-driven insights to mitigate risk and scale processes.

You will partner with senior leadership, product, finance and legal to develop pricing models, educate the sales team on bundles, and guide negotiations, with fluency in English and Arabic desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively to get results.
• Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Adept at thinking on your feet amidst ambiguity.
• Proven experience leading and influencing at various levels across the organization.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis; strategy/consulting/procurement roles are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Sales Leadership and Internal Partners to shape deals.
• Develop innovative deal structures and educate the sales team on bundles.
• Advise on large deals and support negotiations through the deal cycle.
• Guide sales on pricing structures and risk/benefit trade-offs.
• Develop best practices for pricing and terms using data insights.
• Scope and complete projects with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with product on pricing models for new products.
• Build cross-functional relationships to understand competition and market.
